EGU - Market area conversion natural gas - survey/adjustment (EA) and quality assurance (QA)EGU - Market area conversion natural gas - EA and QSD Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH (WWN) plans together with Stadtwerke Lage GmbH (SWL) to adapt all gas appliances in their gas supply areas from natural gas L (low calorific gas) to natural gas H (high calorific gas). The conversion of natural gas in the network areas of WWN and SWL are to be regarded as two independent projects. 69,084 market locations (82,901 appliances, based on a factor of 1.2) are involved in the network area of WWN, of which 214 are RLM customers. There will probably be about 5 external switching dates between 2023 and 2026. It should be noted that the switching dates have not yet been finally agreed with the TSOs. This applies to the years 2025 and 2026. 6,974 market locations are involved in the SWL grid area. 8,369 devices (assuming a factor of 1.2) of which 8 are RLM customers. There will probably be 1 external switching date probably in the period March-June 2026. Please note that the switching date has not yet been finalised with the TSOs and that service providers for the EA and QA services are being sought for the client. Further details on the network data and the switching dates are explained in the application conditions which can be called up in accordance with item I.3 The services are based on the corresponding DVGW regulations (including G 680 (A), 03/2020, G 676-B1, 10/2011, G 695 (A), 03/2019, G 106 (M), 08/2017 and G 107 (M), 02/2020), the current version is always decisive.
The survey services include the complete recording of all gas appliances (private, commercial, industrial) located in the conversion areas of the customers, the inspection of the appliances for defects, the complete documentation and the statistical evaluation of all activities carried out. The adaptation services include, among other things, the adaptation of all equipment located in the commissioned processing area according to the adaptation database, taking into account the necessary time, technical and logistical specifications, the complete documentation and statistical evaluation of all activities carried out. The service of QS includes the proportional direct control of the respective survey and/or adjustment processes according to the technical specifications, the complete documentation as well as the statistical evaluation of all activities carried out. The service is to be provided (with time offset) parallel to the times specified for the survey and adaptation.
