Description
The concessionaire is obliged by the conclusion of the gas concession contract to take over the gas supply network of the general supply in the city of Neckargemünd (cf. section 46 (2) sentence 2 EnWG) and to operate it in accordance with the applicable statutory regulations and the requirements of the gas concession contract.
