This contract is a supply contract within the meaning of art. 2, 20° of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016.Through this public contract ILvA is looking for a supplier of fuels.It concerns a supply with purchase.It concerns a contract that starts on 01/11/2022 and has a term of 3 years.CPV classification : 09134100-8 (Diesel oil) and 09135100-5 (Fuel oil)ILvA acts in this procedure, and more specifically for lot 2, as central purchasing body,in accordance with article 2, 7° b of the Public Procurement Act. The city of Aalst (KBO:0207.437.468 with address Grote Markt 3 in Aalst) may become a decentralized purchasing agent in the course of the contract. In that case, ILvA will only act as an intermediary for the supplies to the city of Aalst by providing the contractual framework, and will not first purchase the goods intended for the city of Aalst itself.
Lot 1: this lot concerns the supply of diesel oil for service vehicles and rolling stock - estimated at 600,000 liters per year Lot 2: this lot concerns the supply of liquid fuels (fuel oil) for industrial engines and site vehicles - estimated at 100,000 liters per year
