Description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of gas fuel for the Purchasing Group of Brzozowski County.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a comprehensive supply of gas fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas (group E), consisting of the sale of gas fuel and ensuring the provision of its distribution service to the Ordering Party's gas fuel consumption points in accordance with the principles set forth in the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law", and in the executive acts issued on its basis, with certain quality standards. The quality standards of gaseous fuel are described in the Energy Law, in the Decree of the Minister of Energy dated September 24, 2018. (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1814) amending the Regulation on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system. The quality standards are defined in particular in Chapter 8 of the Ordinance: "Quality parameters of gaseous fuels, quality standards of customer service and the manner of settling complaints".2. The estimated total quantity of gaseous fuel to be delivered during the term of the Contract is 23785.340 MWh.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements and rules for the execution of the contract are set forth in the Draft contract provisions constituting Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ, together with the list of gas consumption points constituting Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ.
