Description
The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for the transportation and supply of natural gas to the metering and estimation points (also called delivery points) listed in Annex No. to the CLA, as well as the performance of services associated with this gas supply. The Framework Agreement is single-awarded, concluded with no minimum and no maximum.
