The contract documents (SWZ with annexes) will also be available on the Contracting Authority's website www.ud-wlochy.waw.plZamawiający provides for the application in the proceedings of Article 139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act".2) The subject matter of the contract includes works consisting in:- maintenance of green areas along municipal roads,- mowing of lawns,- spring raking,- autumn raking,- weeding of shrubs,- care of shrubs,- weeding and care of perennials,- rejuvenation of shrubs,- planting of shrubs- renovation of lawns,- emergency watering, - removal of bulky waste from green areas, - removal of organic waste from green areas, - emptying of street bins (concrete with metal inserts), - maintenance, cleaning and intervention works.
The contracting authority reserves the right to change (increase or decrease) the number of units of measurement / number of operations, as specified in the cost estimate in the event that during the execution of the contract there is a need to perform more work (at the expense of reducing the other scope of work). Changes made in this way shall not exceed the contractor's remuneration specified for this purpose in § 4 item 1 of the draft contractual provisions.3) The method of performance and the detailed scope of services are specified in the draft contractual provisions, together with the appendices: a) Appendix 1 - Conditions for performance of the contract and quality standards for workmanship; b) Appendix 2 - Contractor's tender estimate; c) Appendix 3 - List of areas covered by the contract; d) Appendix 4 - Location of street baskets2. Requirements concerning the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons based on an employment relationship (art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law)1) The Contractor shall be obliged to employ, under an employment contract, all the persons who, during the performance of the contract, perform the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract performance if the performance of such activities involves the performance of work as defined in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code, i.e. a person/persons who, during the performance of the contract, performs the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract performance. - The person(s) performing the activities consisting in cleaning and maintenance of green areas located along communal streets and work related to emptying street bins in the area of the District of Italy of the Capital City of Warsaw pursuant to § 1 item 1 of the contract. The estimated net value of the contract includes the value of the base contract and expected similar contracts (art. 214 par. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Law).7. The Contracting Authority contemplates awarding the contracts mentioned in art. 214 item 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.7. The contract will cover works consisting in the repetition of similar services included in the basic contract up to a net value of PLN 292,116.38. The contracts will be awarded on conditions to be determined in negotiations between the Contracting Authority and the Economic Operator.
