Description
Technical equipment for a canteen kitchen with the option of an extension to a regenerating kitchen and the possibility of preparing salads and desserts.¿The kitchen is designed for 75-90 participants, 2-3 times chair change.The equipment consists of new installations and equipment for commercial use in canteen kitchens: Hand-washing basins, sink units, work tables, basket push-through flushing systems, refrigerators/freezers, shelving systems, mobile equipment and production equipment (e.g. convection ovens, cookers). All components are made of stainless steel (material no. 1.4301). Designed food serving counters with cold ¿ (circulating air cooling troughs) and warm serving units (stainless steel body (material no. 1.4301); covers and claddings in granite. The refrigerated counters are equipped with plug-in refrigeration systems.
