The InnovationSPIN has various working environments with different requirements such as: Office spaces, co-working areas, learning, lecture and teaching spaces, a café and an atrium, which are to be furnished in a consistent design language. 86 desks with electric height adjustment will be installed in the InnovationSPIN. These are fitted with castors to match the basic flexible concept. Desk panels are offered for personal design and separation.

Distributed throughout the building, several small pieces of furniture such as wardrobes, benches and rolling cabinets are still needed, as well as equipment for the rest and nappy-changing room. Only the submission of an electronic bid is permitted. When submitting an electronic bid, the total price excluding VAT (net) must be stated in the price sheet (BieterLV). In addition, the service description, the formal letter of offer and the declarations must be uploaded, completed in full. If the bid is submitted electronically, text form is sufficient. The submission of several main offers is not permitted.
