Germany - Funding Area Evaluation VI: Climate Resilience and Climate Protection at EWDE/Bread for the World

Description

The funding area evaluation VI examines the funding practice of Bread for the World and Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe in the area of climate resilience and climate protection. A desk, case study, and synthesis phase are planned for implementation, spanning the period from April 2023 to December 2024.
The objectives of the evaluation are as follows:
The focus of the evaluation questions is on the relevance, coherence, effectiveness and sustainability of the funded projects and funding practices. The population includes approximately 230 projects in financial and human resources funding, lobbying and advocacy, and education.
To conduct the evaluation, we are seeking a qualified evaluation team and invite submissions of an expression of interest by Sunday, March 5, 2023, as part of the first step of the RFP (competitive solicitation). Those qualified through the Expression of Interest will then be invited to submit a proposal by Thursday, March 30, 2023. For further details, please refer to the Terms of Reference.
