Description

The subject of the order is the delivery to the Orderer's warehouse, i.e. Municipal Transport Company in Starogard Gdański, 20 Tczewska Street 83-200 Starogard Gdański.Part a - 600 m³ of diesel oil meeting the requirements of PN-EN 590 standard according to volume at a reference temperature of 15oC. Diesel oil should be delivered in winter - winter [standard diesel oil for which the blocking temperature of a cold filter in the winter period from 16 November to the end of February in accordance with PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015, on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015.1680 of 23.10.2015) should be max. Part b - 15 m3 of light heating oil meeting the requirements of PN-C 96024:2011.Part c - non-cash purchase of unleaded petrol meeting the requirements of PN-EN 228, made directly at the Contractor's outlet (service station), located in the area of the City of Warsaw.
600 m³ of diesel oil conforming to the requirements of PN-EN 590 standard by volume at a reference temperature of 15oC. In the winter period, diesel oil should be delivered - winter [standard diesel oil, for which the blocking temperature of a cold filter in the winter period from 16 November to the end of February, in accordance with PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015, on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015.1680 of 23.10.2015) should be max. -20oC]. 15 m3 of light heating oil conforming to the requirements of PN-C 96024:2011. Cashless purchase of unleaded petrol conforming to the requirements of PN-EN 228 standard, made directly at the Contractor's outlet (filling station), located in the city of Starogard Gdański, (open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm) in the amount of 8 m3. Fuelling will be carried out successively to the Customer's canisters at the Contractor's petrol station.
