Description

The subject of the order is the supply of two identical, brand new aircraft refueling vehicles for Wrocław Airport S.A. with a fuel tank capacity of 60 m3 each, which meet the technical requirements specified in the access documentation - further information on the subject of the order is contained in part II.2.4 of the announcement; details in this regard are contained in the SWZ.
The subject of the contract includes: - delivery to the Ordering Party, at the Contractor's expense, of brand new aircraft refueling vehicles with a fuel tank capacity of 60 m3 each, complying with the requirements of the tender documentation,- both vehicles to be delivered must be the same (with exceptions indicated in the SWZ - if applicable),- acceptance of both vehicles will take place at the Ordering Party on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract attached to the SWZ,- the warranty for both vehicles shall be provided by the Contractor on the terms specified in the SWZ, - the Contractor shall be obliged to report on the course of execution of the subject matter of the order and allow the Ordering Party to control the execution of the subject matter of the order on the terms specified in the SWZ, - as part of the subject matter of the order, training of the Ordering Party's personnel will be carried out to the extent indicated in the draft provisions of the agreement, and servicing of the vehicles will be provided.Details on the subject matter of the contract and implementation of the subject matter of the contract are contained in: SWZ, Annex 6.1. to the SWZ titled "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ)" and Annex 5.1. to the SWZ e.g. "Draft contract provisions (model contract)".
