The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Management Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry, intends to award a framework agreement for the supply of B0 bio-free diesel fuel in accordance with DIN EN 520 for mechanical plants (lot 1-3) and EL low-sulphur fuel oil in accordance with DIN 51603-1 (lot 4) over a contract period of four years.The Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture (LfL), Department of Bavarian State Goods in Foundation (BaySG i.G.)The annual calculation-relevant quantity for bio-free diesel fuel in the administrative district of Lower Franconia is 60,000 litres. The quantities released in recent years form the basis for the estimated quantities relevant to costing. Minimum purchase quantities can be found in the individual items. The maximum quantity of the items put out to tender is 1.5 times the quantity relevant to costing per price item. Further information on this can be found in the contract. The contractor is not entitled to demand the maximum quantities relevant to calculation and minimum quality requirements in accordance with DIN EN 590, without organic content. Special quality and test regulations for trade with the energy source diesel fuel, according to RAL-GZ 272 or equivalent.
