The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of heating oil up to 193,820.00 litres with technical parameters: light heating oil PN-C-96024-L-1, specified by the PN-C-96024:2011 standard or equivalent to the facilities of the Podlaskie Division of the Border Guard indicated in the table below.Fuel oil must meet the following requirements:(a) flash point - not less than 56 0C,b) density at 15 0C - not more than 860 kg/m3,c) calorific value - not less than 42,6 MJ/kg,d) water content - not more than 200 mg/kg,(e) incineration residue - not more than 0,01 % (m/m),f) sulphur content - not more than 0,10 % (m/m),g) kinematic viscosity at 20 0C - not more than 6,00 mm2/s,h) max flow temperature (-20 0C).
