The NAICS Code is 112310. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking potential sources and information in anticipation of a requirement to provide Fresh Shell Eggs to 65 commissary locations in DeCA's East and Central Areas. Delivery days and hours will vary per location.
The number of commissary locations and estimated quantities per group for year 1 are as follows:
Group 1: 281,979; Group 2: 289,149; Group 3: 754,484; Group 4: 533,492; Group 5: 388,931;
Group 6: 236,652; Group 7: 230,353; Group 8: 184,105; Group 9: 274,894; Group 10: 368,793.
 The contactor must be able to provide additional support and promotions to each commissary. Additional support includes on-site demos, Point of Sale (POS) materials such as recipe cards, pamphlets, nutritional facts, or other consumer related items.
DeCA commissaries are Government owned and operated facilities designed to operate similarly to commercial retail supermarkets, providing food items, and other merchandise for resale to active-duty and retired military, and their families at a cost savings compared to the same or similar products sold in the commercial retail markets.
