Description
Framework agreement for urban and operational project management for the Orvault Plaisance development project. Characteristics of the operation: the Plaisance site in the commune of Orvault is bordered by the route de Vannes, the avenue de la Ferrière, the avenue des Mimosas and the rue des Dahlias. The operation is part of an 18-hectare area, the development of which should enable the urban renewal of the district. The project includes a global programme of interventions concerning public space, public facilities, housing, shops and services.
