Framework agreement for the supply of green electricity for the years 2025 and 2026 for public buildings of the City of Linnich

The City of Linnich invites tenders for the supply of electricity from renewable energy sources ("green electricity") in accordance with the trader model. The green electricity provider buys electricity that comes from renewable sources or generates it itself in corresponding plants, feeds it into the grid and forwards it to the points of purchase. As the transmission is usually based on grid usage contracts, the green electricity provider does not guarantee the physical flow of electricity, but rather the supply or feed-in of electricity with the contractually agreed proportion of renewable energy. The contractor must provide evidence of the supply of green electricity!

Description of the procurement:
Supply of green electricity for the years 2025 and 2026
- 21 SLP delivery points with around 415,957 kWh \/ year (2023)
- 5 RLM delivery points with around 401,834 kWh \/ year (2023)
- Approx. 50 street lighting distributors with electricity meters; total approx. 192,387 kWh\/a (2023)
Total active electrical energy based on consumption in 2023: 1,010,178 kWh\/a

Special requirements:
Supply of green electricity for the public buildings of the city of Linnich as a genuine green electricity supply in accordance with the following quality seals 100% natural electricity with
- "Green electricity label" or
- "OK-power seal"

Reference date for the APAngRef25 price offer in accordance with the LV (to determine the fictitious procurement price): 12.11.2024 (date 2 days before the end of the offer period)
Reference date for the 2025 delivery period: 12.11.2024
Reference dates for the 2026 delivery period: 16.05.25 + 16.08.25
The respective market prices are to be determined for these reference dates and the arithmetic mean of both market prices is to be used as the basis for calculating the base and peak electricity prices for the second delivery year 2026.

New and discontinued offtake points
New points of purchase (additions due to new installations or takeover of existing meters) that are added to the points of purchase specified in the list of points of purchase before or during the term of the contract will be included in the electricity supply contract at the request of the respective customer and supplied at the contractually agreed prices.
Individual points of purchase may be removed from the electricity supply contract upon closure, modification or sale.
