Processing of mining damage and preservation of evidence/construction condition analyses (BZA) in the context of remediation work
- Processing of mining damage after application of the provisions of the Mining Act of the GDR or the Federal Mining Act
- Assessment of damage to buildings and structural facilities (mining damage - construction)
- Investigation process for claims for damages up to the final decision
- Preservation of evidence/analyses of building condition (BZA) for renovation measures of the LMBV which could have an influence/impact on buildings or structures in their vicinity
- Complete survey of the buildings / structural facilities independent of the existing pre-damage (extended procedure)
- Immediate reporting of existing and relevant previous damage to the LMBV
- Complete and comprehensive documentation

The concrete services shall be commissioned by means of a separate order-related service call-off to the framework agreement as well as by on-site briefings by the Principal.

Services are provided discontinuously in accordance with the respective service call-offs by the AG.
