Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(b) of the Forest Law. 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended). - hereinafter referred to as the "Forest Act"), which covers works in the field of harvesting, skidding and manipulation of wood, including logging, management, breeding and forest protection, fire protection, as well as other works related to forest management, the performance of which in the form of services is necessary for the performance of economic tasks and proper functioning of forest management in the Krościenko Forest Inspectorate in the Stare Forest Inspectorate to be performed in 2019. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total number of works in the field of logging, skidding and manipulation of wood, including logging, management, breeding and forest protection, fire protection, as well as other works related to forest management resulting from Appendix No. 3 to the ToR, which consists of Appendix No. 3.1 - size of works according to activities, Appendix No. 3.2 - difficulty zones and distances of skidding and Appendix No. 3.3 - sorting system of wood harvesting. A detailed description of works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3. Material scopes listed in Appendices No. 3.1.-3.3. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract were described in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR The description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of works was included in Appendix No. 5 to the ToR Due to the actual natural and weather situation, which may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Awarding Entity reserves the right to make decreasing adjustments, increasing adjustments, findings of new locations, as well as to suspend the activities indicated in the individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the main contract, and decreasing corrections do not mean the total abandonment of part of the works. It should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location, at the cost of reducing the number of works in another location - within the gross value of the subject of the contract. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the contract in the course of performance of the subject matter of the contract may also occur in order to complete the full scope of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Determination of the new location shall take place as part of the subject matter of the contract. The standards, which the Economic Operator will be obliged to observe in particular when performing the subject of the contract, are described in Chapter 3 of the ToR. The Contractor shall perform the subject matter of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Ordering Party's Representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "Order"). The content of the Order is specified in the agreement on public procurement (Annex No. 13 to the ToR). The Contractor shall be obliged to clean up the remnants of collection works from roads, surface division lines, ditches, etc. of facilities and other waste from own activities (rubbish, empty packaging, used machine elements, etc.). The Contractor shall be obliged to use biodegradable oil for lubrication of cutting systems in used chain saws and cutting heads and oil absorption kits in equipment used in forests. Other requirements are described in the ToR and the template agreement (attachment No. 13 to the ToR).
