Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 - "Forest Act") covering work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding and maintenance of forest facilities, incidental forest use, nursery and seed management, to be performed in the Babki Forest District in 2023. The proceeding is conducted as an open tender on the basis of Article 129 paragraph 1 point 1) in conjunction with Article 129 paragraph 2 and Articles 132-139 of the Act of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law ( Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended - "PZP"). The proceeding shall be conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The proceeding is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139 paragraphs 1, 3 - 4 of the PPL.
The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, item. 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on Forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and maintenance of forest facilities, incidental use of the forest, to be performed in the forest districts of Drapalka, Kobylepole and Mechowo in the year 2023.The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the aggregate quantities of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding and maintenance of forest facilities, incidental forest use resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ..The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of the contract involving the harvesting and skidding of timber, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).The contracting authority requires a deposit in the amount of: PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand zlotys).
