Description

The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6.1.1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (uniform text: Dz. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended - "Forest Act") covering breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding as well as maintenance of tourist, educational and other facilities, to be completed in the Tułowice Forest District in 2022.
1) The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 section 1 point. 1) The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") covering breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding as well as maintenance of tourist, educational and incidental facilities to be performed in the Tułowice Forest Inspectorate in the year 2022. The term of the order covers the period from the day of signing the agreement until the end of December 2022. - All formalities related to switching off the power and telecommunication lines along the stands during harvesting works shall be performed by the contractor. - All formalities related to securing traffic safety during tree felling in the vicinity of the road strip shall be performed by the contractor. 2) The material scope of the contract covers the total amount of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding and maintenance of tourist, educational and other facilities: Annex No. 3.1. - size of work by activity group, activity and location; Annex No. 3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting;Annex No. 3.3. - list of distances and conditions of timber skidding;Annex No. 3.4. - list of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex No. 3.5. - Annex No. 3.6 - List of possible harvesting technologies; Annex No. 3.7 - List of planned locations and quantities of seeds and cones harvesting Annex No. 3.8 - List of items with planned protection of undergrowth and overstory3) The material scopes presented in Annexes No. 3.1 - 3.3 and 3.5 - 3.8 are estimates.4) Quality standards referring to all the essential features of the subject matter of the contract are defined in the decision No 19 of the General Director of the State Forests of 17 March 2021 on implementing the "Description of forest work technology standards" in organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract was the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements comprising the subject matter of the contract in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the technology standard for the performance of forestry works). 5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract have been included in Annex 4 to the SWZ. 6) Description of the principles of forestry works acceptance procedure has been included in Annex 4 to the SWZ. 7) The subject matter of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package") Package no 1 L.02/03/06 - forest districts: Głębocko, Gnojna, Dębina; Package no 2 L.01/04/05/12 - forest districts: Szydłowiec, Goszczowice, Grabin, Sosnówka; Package no 3 L.07/08/09/10 - forest districts: Św. Hubert, Tułowice, Przechód, Kuźnica Ligocka. An offer submitted for a given Package must however cover the entire scope of works provided for in the SWZ for this Package. 8) Execution of works constituting the subject matter of the contract for particular Packages will take place in the area of forest districts - appropriate for a given Package ("Package Execution Area"). Location (forest address) of individual forest works under the subject of the Contract is preliminary, indicated in Annexes 3.1 - 3.3 and 3.6 - 3.7.
