Description

The subject of the contract is to perform protection tasks of the Wielkopolska National Park in 2020: The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of awarding contracts consisting in repeating similar services to the existing contractor. Any contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services will be awarded in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 67(1)(a) and (b). 6) of the PPL Act, if the conditions specified therein are met.5.1. The Awarding Entity is entitled to order the Economic Operator an additional material scope covering activities analogous to those described in the description of the subject matter of the contract. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to order the works covered by the order consisting of repetition, and the Contractor does not have a claim for their order.5.2 The contracts referred to above shall be awarded in the event of a need to increase the material scope of services being the subject of the contract due to natural or weather conditions, entrusting the Contracting Authority with new protective tasks or other unforeseeable circumstances, as well as in the event of it being impossible to select, for objective reasons, forest service contractors under the basic contract award procedures in order to secure the necessary work performance.5.3 The procedures referred to in item 5 shall retain the conditions specified in the basic procedure.
