The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6.1.1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (uniform text: Dz. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended - "Forest Act") covering breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as tourism management, nursery and seed production, to be completed in the Grodziec Forest District in the year 2022.
The subject matter of the order are forest management services as defined in art. 6 sec. 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on the Forestry Law in Poland. 1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended - "the Forest Act") covering breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as tourism management, nursery and seed production, to be completed in the Grodziec Forest District in the year 2022.The scope of the order covers works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as tourist management, to be implemented in the Biała Królikowska concession area.
