Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(b) of the Forest Law Act. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "The Act on Forests") covering works in the scope of breeding and forest protection, forest tourism management, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, maintenance of forest roads to be built in the Trzebież Forest Inspectorate in 2020 in the area of the Nowe Warpno, Pienice, Mazańczyce forestry.The total size of all types of services included in the subject matter of the contract is as follows:1) Manual work in forest management (8%VAT) 20 672 NH, 2) Manual work in forest management (8%VAT) - 854 H, 3) Manual work in fencing (23%VAT) - 6 261 NH, 4) Manual work in fencing (23%VAT) - 665 H, 5) Mechanical work in forest management (8%VAT) - 33 NH, 6) Mechanical work in forest management (8%VAT)-395 H, 7) Mechanical work in fencing (23%VAT)-226 H, 8) Work in logging (8%VAT)-50 883 NHiH, 9) Mechanical work in logging and logging (8%VAT)-210 H, 10) Work in logging (8%VAT)-3 784 NH, 11) Availability for fire protection (8%VAT)-21 months.The Contracting Authority shall require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing the activities included in the subject matter of the contract, i.e. logging and logging (concerning Packages I - IV), if the performance of such activities involves performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).
