Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services, as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended), including logging and logging works. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total volume of logging and skidding works, i.e.: logging works 2667.00 NHH and H and logging works 327 NH. The Contracting Authority may commission smaller scope of work, but not less than 70%, during the performance of the Agreement. The detailed description of the activities constituting the individual items (works) is specified in the catalogues of time standards introduced by Order No. 99 of the Director General of State Forests of 21 November 2003 and the technical specification of selected forest management works in Annex 4 to the ToR. In case of discrepancies in the description of the manner and scope of execution of individual works included in the catalogue and technical specification, the description contained in the specification is deemed appropriate, with the settlement of works to be based on the standards contained in the catalogue. The execution of works will take place in the Olszanka forestry area - subject to participation in the action aimed at eliminating the existing risk arising from fire and providing equipment and persons to protect fire and support in the fire-fighting action, in accordance with the regulations on fire protection.Due to the actual natural and weather situation, which may occur during the performance of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic situation at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make downward corrections, increasing corrections, new locations, as well as suspend the activities indicated in the individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments shall not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, nor shall downward adjustments imply the total forfeiture of part of the works. It should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address), within the total amount of individual works included in the scope of the Package.forests.gov.pl/wood/wood/Norms/The Contractor is obliged to equip all machines, tractors and equipment working on forest areas with sets (sorbents, sorption mats, etc.) of a capacity to absorb spilled fuel or oil and other technological fluids used in machines, tractors, saws and other equipment working in the forest and to use these measures in situations requiring application (breakdowns, repair, refueling, etc.) - to prevent contamination of the environment. It is permissible for pilots to have and use canisters with safe ends (dispensers) preventing spillage (overflow) of oil and fuel mixture during refuelling of the sawing machine (alternatively for oil and fuel absorbing mats). The execution of works shall be carried out in the entire forest inspectorate - subject to participation in the action aimed at eliminating the existing threat resulting from fire and providing equipment and persons for fire protection and support in the fire-fighting action, in accordance with the regulations on fire protection.Due to the actual natural and weather situation, which may occur during the performance of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic situation at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make downward corrections, increasing corrections, new locations, as well as suspend the activities indicated in the individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. It should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) and at the same time reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) within the total amount of individual works included in the Package.pl/zalaczniki-do-siwz, http://pefc-polska.pl, https://pl.fsc.org/pl, http://drewno.zilp.lasy.gov.pl/drewno/Normy/Wykonawca is obliged to equip all machines, tractors and devices working on forest areas with sets (sorbents, sorption mats, etc.) of absorption capacity enabling absorption of spilled fuel or oil and other technological fluids used in machines, tractors, saws and other devices working in the forest. The Contractor shall be obliged to use biodegradable oil (with biodegradability parameter not lower than 60%) to lubricate cutting systems in operated chainsaws and cutting heads and oil-absorbing sets in equipment. The subject of the contract is forest management services, as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended), including mechanical shredding of post-cutting residues. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes mechanical work in shredding - 340 NH. The Contracting Authority may commission during the performance of the Agreement a smaller scope of work, but not less than 70%. A detailed description of the activities constituting the individual items (works) is specified in the catalogues of time standards introduced by Order No. 99 of the Director General of State Forests of 21 November 2003 and the technical specification of selected forest management works enclosed in Annex 4 to the ToR. In case of discrepancies in the description of the manner and scope of execution of individual works included in the catalogue and technical specification, the description contained in the specification is deemed appropriate, provided that the settlement of works will be based on the standards included in the catalogue. The execution of works will take place in the Niewiadowo and Mosty forest districts - subject to taking part in the action aimed at eliminating the existing threat caused by fire and providing equipment and persons to protect the fire and support in the firefighting action, in accordance with the regulations on fire protection.Due to the actual natural and weather situation, which may occur during the performance of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic situation at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make downward corrections, increasing corrections, new locations, as well as suspend the activities indicated in the individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract.
