Description

The execution of works included in the subject of the order for particular Packages will take place in the forest districts - appropriate for a given Package ("Package Execution Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3.1), with the reservation that it will always be the Package Implementation Area. 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Act on Forests") covering work in the field of nursery, hunting, meadow and agricultural management to be performed in the Czerwony Dwór Forest Inspectorate in 2020. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total amount of work resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1.-3.3. Quality standards of essential features of the subject matter of the contract, description of individual forest works (activities) and description of codes of activities included in the subject matter of the contract are included in Annex 4 to the ToR.
