Description

The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 section 1 item 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be performed in the Biłgoraj Forest Inspectorate in the year 2022. (uniform text: Journal of Laws from 2021r. item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") to be performed in the area of Biłgoraj Forest Inspectorate in the year 2022. The procedure is conducted as an open tender on the basis of art.129.1.1) in connection with art.129.2 and art.132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - "PPL") and secondary legislation to the PPL. The procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classical contracts of the value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The procedure shall be conducted according to the rules provided for in the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139 paragraph 1, 3 - 4 of the PPL.
The subject matter of the tender shall be: forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, forest management, soil preparation in the forest districts of Wola, Bojary, Luchów, Sól, Biszcza, Potok and nursery works in the Bojary forest nursery PACKAGE II works concerning silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, forest management, soil preparation in the forest districts of Nadrzecze, Zagumnie, Ciosmy, Ujście, Huta, Rogóźnianka
