Description

The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6.1.1. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") covering breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Taczanów Forest District in the year 2022.
The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in art. 6 section 1 item. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 as amended - "Forest Act") covering breeding and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Taczanów Forest District in the year 2022.The subject matter of the contract covers the total amount of work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding in accordance with appendix no. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of Annex No. 3.1. (3.1.1.; 3.1.2.) - size of work by activity group, activity and location; Annex No. 3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting;Annex No. 3.3. - summary of distances and conditions of timber skidding;Annex No. 3.4. - Annex 3.5 - information on application of possible harvesting technologies; Annex 3.6 - list of areas where protection of tree stands and undergrowth is planned.The material scope presented in appendices no. 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimates. Quality standards referring to all essential features of the contract subject are defined in the decision no. 36 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Poznan from 11.10.2021 and decision 112 of the Director General of State Forests from 04.Decision 112 of the General Director of State Forests of 04.10.2021 and Decision 112 of the General Director of State Forests of 04.10.2021 amending Decision No. 19 of the General Director of State Forests of 17.03.2021 on the implementation of the "Description of forest work technology standards" in organizational units of State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for carrying out individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract was the basis for defining quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of forestry works technology standard).
