Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Art. 6.1.1. The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 as amended - "Forest Act") covering the works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, tourist management and services in the field of hunting and meadow and agricultural management, to be performed in the Warcino Forest Inspectorate in 2021. Hunting and meadow and agricultural management services until 31 March 2022. The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the total amount of works on silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, tourist management and services in the field of hunting and meadow-agriculture as well as those resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, as defined in art. 6.1.1. 1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 as amended - "Forest Act") covering the works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and tourist development. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract covers the total number of works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, and tourist development, as well as those resulting from Annex 3 to To the ToR - to be performed under the 1D package. The Contracting Authority shall require that a contractor or a subcontractor, on the basis of a contract of employment, employ persons performing the activities included in the subject matter of the contract consisting in logging and skidding of wood, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended). The estimated contract value indicated in item II.2.6.is the sum of the value of the basic contract (net value of the basic contract plus the right of option at the level of 20% of the net value of the basic contract) and the envisaged contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law. The estimated contract value indicated in item II.2.6.is the sum of the value of the basic contract (net value of the basic contract plus the right of option at the level of 20% of the net value of the basic contract) and the envisaged contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law. Hunting and meadow-agriculture services. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of hunting and meadow-agricultural economy, resulting from Annex No. 3 to the ToR (within package 5), i.e. works in the field of pasture, soil and meadow cultivation, feeding animals, organization of hunting in the Animal Breeding Centre, maintenance of hunting grounds, construction of new hunting equipment, maintenance of hunting equipment, works in the field of securing agricultural crops from hunting damage, preparation of wild boar arms, roe deer pairs, deer and fallow deer trophies, as well as transport of animals.Estimated contract value indicated in point II.2.6.is the sum of the value of the basic contract (net value of the basic contract plus the right of option at the level of 20% of the net value of the basic contract) and the envisaged contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority requires that a contractor or a subcontractor employ persons under an employment contract to perform the activities included in the subject matter of the contract consisting in the transport of hunters, transport of calluses, transport of animal carcasses and mowing meadows with a rotary mower, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040 with later amendments). The Contracting Authority shall require that during the execution of the order the Contractor has at least 8 persons to reprimand and at least 3 persons to supervise the fields.
