Description

Forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) para. 1 of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended - the "Forest Act") covering silviculture and forest protection, timber harvesting and skidding - to be performed in the Świeradów Forest District in the year 2022. The place of performance of the contract shall be the administrative area of the Świeradów Forest District. The contract has been divided into 2 parts ("Packages").
3.1 Material scope of the contract1) The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6 section 1 item 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on the Forestry Commission for Poland (ustawa o.k.). 1) The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in article 6 section 1 point. 1 of the Forest Act dated 28 September 1991, covering silviculture and forest protection as well as logging and skidding services to be performed in the Świeradów Forest District in 2022: Annex no. 3.1. - size of works by groups of activities, actions and locations;Annex no. 3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting;Annex no. 3.3. - list of distances and conditions of timber skidding;Annex no. 3.4. - list of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex no. 3.3) The material scope presented in appendices nos. 3.1 - 3.3 and 3.5 and 3.6 is an estimate.4Decision No. 19 of the General Director of the State Forests of 17 March 2021 on implementing the "Description of forest work technology standards" in organizational units of the State Forests. Decision No. 101 of the Director General of the State Forests dated 16 September 2021 amending Decision No. 19 of the Director General of the State Forests dated 17 March 2021 on the introduction to the application of the "Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forestry work" in organizational units of the State Forests.- Decision No 112 of the Director General of State Forests of 4 October 2021 amending Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the implementation of the "Description of forest work technology standard" in organizational units of State Forests. Decision no. 103/2021 dated 14 October 2021; Decision no. 103/2021 dated 14 October 2021; Decision no. 103/2021 dated 14 October 2021; Decision no. 95/2021 dated 24 September 2021 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław regarding the implementation of the "Regional description of forest work technology standard".5) Descriptions of activity codes describing particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract have been described in appendix no 4 to the SWZ.6) Description of the rules of procedure for acceptance of forestry work is included in Annex 4 of the SWZ. 7) The subject matter of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package") - the Contractor can submit an offer for one or more Packages. 8) Place of performance of the contract will be the administrative area of Forest District Świeradów. 8) The place of performance of the subject matter of the contract shall be the administrative area of Świeradów Forest District. 9) The performance of the works included in the subject matter of the contract for each Package will take place in the area of the forestry division appropriate for the given Package. 3.1 Substantive scope of the subject matter of the contract1) The subject matter of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 par. 1 sec. 1) The subject matter of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in art. 6 section 1 point. 1 of the act of 28 September 1991 on forests - covering silviculture, forest protection, harvesting and skidding of wood to be completed in the Świeradów Forest District in the year 2022: Annex no. 3.1. - size of works by groups of activities, actions and locations;Annex no. 3.2. - sorting arrangement of timber harvesting;Annex no. 3.3. - list of distances and conditions of timber skidding;Annex no. 3.4. - list of items not available for machine harvesting;Annex no. 3.3) The material scope presented in appendices nos. 3.1 - 3.3 and 3.5 and 3.6 is an estimate.4Decision No. 19 of the General Director of the State Forests of 17 March 2021 on implementing the "Description of forest work technology standards" in organizational units of the State Forests. The material scope of services will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
