The purchase of equipment is necessary for the implementation of the project, i.e. to increase the quality of vocational education of students at the Economic School Complex in Elbląg.
Delivery of teaching aids in the form of equipment and catering equipment as part of the project "Masters of the profession - increasing the quality of vocational training in Elbląg" co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund from the Regional Operational Programme for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2014-2020.The order is financed under the project "Vocational champions - increasing the quality of vocational education in Elbląg" implemented under the European Social Fund from the Regional Operational Programme of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, sub-measure 02.04.02 Development of vocational education and training - ZIT bis Elbląg projects.2The scope of the contract includes:a) supply of catering equipment and devices to the Economic Schools Complex in Elbląg.Detailed scope of the contract is included in APPENDIX No.8 to the SWZ - DELIVERY VALUE;b) assembly;c) installation and commissioning;d) providing service during the warranty period for equipment that requires servicing.c.d. entries from section II.2.14):The file (original of the guarantee or surety, in electronic form) must be submitted together with the offer, using the Offer Submission Form available for this procedure on the website of the procedure.c.d. the provisions of section VI.3):e) Article 109, item 1, point 1 of the PPL Act, regarding violation of obligations concerning payment of local taxes and fees referred to in the Local Taxes and Fees Act of 12 January 1991 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1170),If the Economic Operator has a seat or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of documents mentioned in section VI.3)3. item 1), 3)-5) of the notice - shall submit the documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 23 December 2020 on subjective evidence and other documents or statements which may be required by the Contracting Authority from the Economic Operator (Journal of Laws 2020, item 2415).
