Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of provisions for training ships of the Gdynia Maritime University in 2021.
The subject of the contract is delivery of food products according to the quantity and size of packaging specified in the Price Calculation form attached as Annex 2 to these ToR. Requirements for the Contractor: a) The Contractor shall deliver the products only in the packaging specified in the Price Calculation form in the quantity according to the Purchaser's demand.b) In the case of lack of ordered assortment included in the offer, the Economic Operator shall be obliged to deliver this item within 12 hours from the moment of receiving information about its lack or a replacement delivery of the product of quality and food values (taste, smell, composition, colour) not worse than the product listed by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the offer prices, after consultation with a person authorized by the shipowner.c) The Economic Operator shall deliver the ordered goods within 48 hours (depending on the declaration in the offer) from the moment of placing an order by a person authorized by the shipowner in writing (e-mail, fax, etc.).d) The process of delivery of food being the subject of the contract shall be in accordance with the HACCP system in food processing (European Union Directive 93/43/EEC on the hygiene of foodstuffs), introduced by the Contractor.)The Contracting Authority shall require that the offered products are: a) of the first quality, where deep-freezing is required for meat deliveries, unless otherwise specified in the contract; b) of the maximum period of validity; c) the delivered goods must be packed in accordance with food packing standards with the date of production, weight, content and the date on which they should be consumed; d) delivered by authorized persons by means of transport appropriate to the type of transported goods; e) the transporters should have valid health certificates, and the cars - appropriate Sanitary Inspection approval.
