Description

The tender concerns the delivery of food products to municipal nurseries in Arendal Municipality.The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 8,500,000 excluding VAT.The contracting authority reserves the right to deviate from the agreement when purchasing products directly from the manufacturer or when purchasing baked goods and cakes in connection with special occasions from a local baker, seller or similar.The contracting authority reserves the right to make small individual purchases as needed or purchases at convenience stores in connection with the educational scheme.See the procurement documents for further information.
Lots/groupsTenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with the PPR §19-4, but finds that it is not appropriate for this procurement.Framework agreementThe assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
