Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase together with the delivery of bread in the quantity specified in the annex to the ToR - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, including, among others: bread, rolls, chalets, croissants. The Contractor for the purposes of meeting the quality requirements for the performance of deliveries is required to have implemented and applied a system of hazard analysis and critical control points HACCP, covered by the supervision of the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspection or Veterinary Inspection body over the application of the rules of the implemented and functioning HACCP system. The above requirement applies to all rooms, buildings and warehouses designated by the Contractor to secure the performance of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase with delivery of confectionery and semi-confectionery products in the quantity specified in the annex to the ToR - detailed description of the subject of the contract, including, inter alia: cakes, cakes, yeast biscuits, doughnuts. In order to meet the quality requirements for deliveries, the contractor is obliged to have implemented and applied a system of hazard analysis and critical control points HACCP, under the supervision of the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspection or the Veterinary Inspection Authority over the application of the rules of the implemented and functioning HACCP system. The above requirement applies to all rooms, buildings and warehouses designated by the Contractor to secure the performance of the contract.
