At the same time, the system automatically displays a second shopping basket of the same system from the other bidder, transfers the quantities on the basis of the required quantity, and compares the two weighted shopping baskets in the overall view. The contract shall be awarded to the tenderer offering the most economically advantageous overall price. The client points out that he also places outside the advertised articles within the framework of the necessary requirements with the bidder. The bidders shall be given the opportunity to adjust the prices weekly in the specified time window in accordance with a price fixing phase specified in the invitation to tender, as shown in each case under point 8 of the performance criteria for the corresponding lots. However, a price increase can only be implemented after expiry of the specified price fixing period, which lasts 6 months after the start of the contract. However, a price reduction is always possible. During the first 6 months an upward price adjustment is only possible if a verifiable price increase has to be made due to unforeseeable reasons (e.g. weather conditions) and proof of the manufacturer. This increase must amount to at least 10 % and must be presented to the customer 14 days before it comes into effect. Subsequently, the bidders can adjust the prices weekly as described under "Data delivery". The bidders must apply for these lots completely. The contract shall be awarded to the two tenderers who, having fulfilled the selection, performance and award criteria, have submitted the most economically advantageous tenders in respect of all those lots.
