Description
The Contracting Authority shall enter into Framework Agreements for the delivery of food products to institutional household in Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities. Institutional households are in this context defined as health institutions and other units with requirements for wholesale deliveries (wholesaler's packaging). The Framework Agreement must apply to all units in the municipalities, including small households (schools/before- and after-school care, nurseries) provided that a minimum quantity of products is being ordered. If a unit has small supplementary requirements, separate agreements with e.g. local grocers can be entered.Tenderers are therefore strongly encouraged to follow the instructions given in the tender documentation and annexes and to ask questions via the communication module in the Mercell portal, if they are uncertain.The call for tenders involves product Group 1 — groceries, canned goods and frozen goods (tab page 1 in the price sheet). The tenderer must state all ecological and Fairtrade products for the product group, cf. tab Page 9.
