Description

The parish of St. Luke is converting its former parish church into a four-group day care centre for children. For this purpose, the church building on the south side will be extended on the ground floor in a single-storey solid construction. The 1st floor of the extension will be built in a wooden panel construction with a flat roof on top. Additional rooms will be built into the existing nave and sacristy in timber panel construction or in solid construction, one to two-storey.
Access to the construction site is basically via a double-wing gate system on the south side with a maximum passage width of W/H = approx. 3.60/3.40m or via a double-wing gate system on the east side with a maximum passage width of W = approx. 3.25m without height restrictions. Access to the existing building on the 1st floor (nave with finished floor height ± 0.00m) is via the ceiling of the single-storey extension, height difference OK terrain to OKFFB ground floor approx. 1.85m or via the external staircase with 9 natural stone steps approx. 16/30cm and a double-wing external door system W/H approx. 1.70/2.75m. From the nave with finished floor height ± 0.00m you can reach the former choir room, which is located approx. 1.00m higher, via a staircase with 6 natural stone steps of approx. 16.5/30cm.
Special attention is hereby drawn to the cramped building site conditions due to the limited access and storage possibilities on the property itself and the special nature of the building project.
For other information, see the announcement.
