There is currently no building on the site. In the run-up the city of Rheine removed previous buildings and prepared the area. Any restrictions resulting from this, such as the slewing range of the construction crane, etc., must be taken into account by the companies involved when setting up and carrying out the construction work.1.2 Car traffic / Access and exit is from the north via Albert-Einstein-Strasse and from the south via Laugestrasse. Access to the higher-level road network is via the A 30 motorway and the B 70 and B 481 trunk roads. There are only a very limited number of parking spaces on the site.
