Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle. The Contractor shall grant for the delivered vehicle a min. 24 months warranty and guarantee without mileage limit.
The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle.chassis of the vehicle to be built brand new - year of production 2022, equipped with the engine, chassis and cab from one manufacturer.chassis identification numbers - the chassis of the vehicle should be equipped with an identification number and nameplate, in accordance with the requirements of separate national regulations.chassis with 6x6 drive, the possibility of blocking the differential mechanism of the front axle and the rear axle and differential mechanism between axles. Single wheels on the front axle, double wheels on the rear axles. Reinforced mechanical suspension, withstanding a constant load of the maximum total weight without damage in all the foreseen conditions.A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes attachment No. 1 to the SWZ. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements for emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997. "Road traffic law". (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110), together with the executive regulations to the Act and the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended).The vehicle must meet the technical-usage requirements specified in the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 27 April 2010. The certificate of approval for a vehicle shall include minimum rescue equipment in accordance with the requirements of Appendix No. 3 to the "Guidelines for Standardization of Equipment of Fire-Fighting Vehicles and Other Means of Transport of the State Fire Service". Current certificate of admittance with test report, provided on the date of technical and quality acceptance.The vehicle must meet the Regulation of the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019. on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, the Internal Security Agency, the Intelligence Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Border Guard, the State Protection Service, the National Fiscal Administration, the Prison Service and the Fire Department (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594).
