Description

The subject matter of the contract is to obtain access to an IT system supporting processes related to employment, HR service, payroll service, working time settlement, document repository, social security/US settlements, management of the organizational structure and having a self-service module supporting the circulation of various types of HR applications and enabling on-line access to HR information (e.g. leave status, overtime status, application status, history of using the Social Benefits Fund, employee profile, employee availability). The contract includes: 1. pre-deployment analysis.2.Implementation of the IT system in the Saas model.1) Provision of the test environment.2) Provision of the test environment.3) Provision of the production environment.3) Provision of training courses - stationary and e-learning.4) Provision of updating, maintenance and substantive assistance services during the term of validity of the agreement.5) Provision of development services during the term of validity of the agreement.2) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR - ToR - ToR and Annexes No. 1-10 to the ToR.3. The Ordering Party envisages contracts referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 6 of the ToR. The value of the contract shall not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract. The order will consist in repeating similar services - Upgrade, maintenance and substantive assistance, as well as development services on terms and conditions as in the basic order.
