Description

The AOK Baden-Württemberg intends to offer company bicycle leasing to employees covered by collective bargaining agreements (number: approx. 10,300 BAT employees) through deferred compensation. This is based on the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles of the BAT/AOK-Neu. This collective agreement provides for an employer subsidy, the amount of which is determined in consultation with the staff representatives. In addition, employees outside the collective agreement area in accordance with the principles of civil service law (service regulation employees (DO) and insurance-free non-tariff employees (AT) (number: approx. 800 DO/AT employees) should also be able to take advantage of the offer.
The AOK Baden-Württemberg intends to offer service vehicle leasing to employees covered by collective agreements (number: approx. 10,300 BAT employees) through deferred compensation. This is based on the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles of the BAT/AOK-Neu. This collective agreement provides for an employer subsidy, the amount of which is determined in consultation with the staff representatives. In addition, employees outside of the collective agreement area who are civil servants (DO) and employees not covered by insurance (AT) (number: approx. 800 DO/AT employees) should also be able to take advantage of the offer. The particularities of employment, service and social security law must be observed. In order to ensure a uniform range of company bicycles, a uniform provider (lessor and service provider with specialist dealers and insurance service provider) is to be found. The lessee is not to be the employees, but the employer who makes the company bike available to the employees.The subject of the invitation to tender is a framework agreement. The range of services covered by the framework agreement includes the leasing of bicycles in accordance with Section 63a of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung) for the purpose of providing them to employees of the client for business and private use, including insurance, training and services (in particular handling of ordering, return and claims processes, maintenance and repair, incident management and provision of an online portal).Details are provided in the service description (Annex 1).
