Description

Stantec Consulting Ltd will receive, on behalf of Kebaowek First Nation, tenders for the realisation of the
extension of Amik Street with drinking water distribution and sewer collection networks before August
27th, 2019 at 14:00 am, at Kebaowek First Nation Band Council office's,
4, Ogima Street, Kipawa
(Quebec) J0Z 2H0.
Description of the construction work
Bid 1
Work consists of the construction and the installation of approximately 251 lin. meters of domestic sewer
200 mm in diameter, of 18 services connections of domestic sewer, approximately 255 lin. meters of storm sewer of 375 mm in diameter, approximately 28 lin. of storm sewer of 900 mm in diameter, approximately, of 18 services connections of storm sewer, approximately 300 m linear of watermain pipe of 200 mm in diameter, of 18 water services connection, lift station, approximately 25 lin. meters of ditch, including riprap of 100-200 mm, approximately 6 000 m3 in rock excavation, of 310 lin. Meters new road structures and other related works.

Bid 2
Work consists of the construction of 310 linear meters of concrete curbs, 310 linear meters, 1.5 m wide
sidewalk, scarification of 2 800 m2 road surface and supply and installation of 465 m.t. of asphalt,
620 linear meters of topsoil and seeding and any other work related to the completion and operation of
work mentioned in plans.

Certified cheque from a bank or from a Caisse populaire Desjardins doing business in Quebec or bid
bond equal to 10% of the tendered amount along with a letter of indemnity from an insurance company
guaranteeing the Contractor's obligations for completion of work, salaries, materials and services for a
100% value (50% for execution, 50% for salaries, material and services) of the contract, valid for ninety
(90) days.
A tender guarantee is required for each tender.
