Description
You must be able to supply a set of multipurpose plasma thin-film processing system with:
- one plasma asher for plasma surface cleaning
- one thin-film thickness monitor for measuring the progress
- ZEON PI ZEP520A (one-quarter) for an acceptance test
You will need to submit the tender in person or by courier to the buyer's office.
