Description

As SEMITAN has recurring needs in terms of photos, videos and motion design, this consultation is launched to enable it to appoint the contractor(s) for each of the lots described below: - lot 1: Photos - lot 2: Videos (interviews, reports, ...) - lot 3: Motion design The complete details of the services of each lot are shown in the CCTP
lot 1 concerns photo services. This is a framework agreement with multi awardees concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 150,000 euros (excluding VAT) over its entire duration, including renewals.During its period of validity, the framework agreement will be executed as and when required, by issuing purchase orders according to the so-called "cascade" process, so that each time a need arises, SEMITAN will first contact the incumbent company whose bid was ranked first under the framework agreement. If this company is unable to meet the requirement, SEMITAN will contact the incumbent company whose bid was ranked second. The maximum number of companies awarded the contract is set at 2. Lot 2 is for the provision of video services. It is a framework agreement with multi-tender purchase orders concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 300,000 euros (excluding VAT) over its entire duration, including renewals.During its period of validity, the framework agreement will be executed as and when required, by issuing purchase orders according to the so-called "cascade" process, meaning that each time a need arises, SEMITAN will first contact the incumbent company whose bid was ranked first under the framework agreement.
