Description

The subject of the contract is to perform protective activities consisting in mowing and removing trees and shrubs in the following Natura 2000 areas: Dolina Kakaju PLH280036, Jonkowo-Warkały PLH280039, Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052, Ostoja Iławska PLH280053, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (called OPZ) which constitutes Annex 1 to the ToR. The contract is implemented under the project No POIS.02.04.00-00-0108/16 Protection of habitats and species of non-forest land dependent on water co-financed from the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment under Measure 2.4 Nature protection and environmental education under Priority Axis II Environmental Protection, including adaptation to climate change, in which the main beneficiary is the General Directorate for Environmental Protection, and RDOŚ in Olsztyn is one of the entities authorised to incur eligible expenditure.
1. Felling of trees and shrubs together with removal of the biomass obtained in the area of Natura 2000 Kakaju Valley PLH280036 for habitat 7110 High peat bogs with peat-forming vegetation (living) of total area of all the patches up to 16.00 ha, located in forest division no. 61, on the grounds of the State Treasury - PGL Lasy Państwowe, Nadleśnictwo Jamy, Krotoszyny registry district, commune of Biskupiec, district of Nowomiejska, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract (called OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the ToR.2Pursuant to Article 29(3a) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires that basic technical activities (such as removing trees and shrubs) specified by the Contracting Authority in the OPZ attached as Appendix 1 to the ToR shall be performed by employees employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract (sawmill operator, operator). The above condition shall be fulfilled by employing new employees or employees already employed at the Contractor or Subcontractor's place of business, as well as by concluding a temporary employment contract based on the Act of 9 July 2003. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of field vetting in each of the areas in order to get acquainted with the area where the activities will be carried out by 07.08.2020 after prior arrangement of sekretariat.olsztyn@rdos.gov.pl.5.The costs of work, the value of which accepted to determine the price may not be lower than the minimum remuneration for work determined on the basis of Article 2 paragraphs 3-5 of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum remuneration for work (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2177, as amended).6 For the purpose of this service the permit referred to in Article 83 paragraph 1 of the Act on Nature Conservation of 16 April 2004 is not required. The Contracting Authority has at its disposal the following materials, which will be made available to the Contractor after signing the contract:7.1..04.00-00-0108/16 Protection of habitats and species of non-forest areas dependent on water co-financed from the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment under Measure 2.4 Nature protection and environmental education under Priority Axis II Environmental Protection, including adaptation to climate change, where the main beneficiary is the General Directorate for Environmental Protection, and RDOŚ in Olsztyn is one of the entities authorised to incur eligible expenditure. 1. Mowing and felling of trees and shrubs together with removal of the biomass obtained in the area of Natura 2000 Jonkowo-Warkały PLH280039 for habitats 7140 Transition bogs and moors and 7230 Mountain and lowland alkaline bogs of a hammer character, sedges and meadows with the total area of all the patches up to 10,00 ha, located in forest divisions no. 414, 415, 416, 417 on the grounds of the State Treasury - PGL Lasy Państwowe, Nadleśnictwo Kudypy, the Warkały, Jonkowo District, Jonkowo Commune, Olsztyn Poviat, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract (called OPZ) which constitutes Annex 1 to the ToR.2Pursuant to Article 29(3a) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires that basic technical activities (such as removing trees and shrubs) specified by the Contracting Authority in the OPZ attached as Appendix 1 to the ToR shall be performed by employees employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract (sawmill operator, operator). Mowing and felling of trees and shrubs together with removal of the biomass obtained in the Natura 2000 area of Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052 for the habitat 7140 Transition bogs and moors with the total area of all the patches up to 66,56 ha, located on the grounds of the State Treasury - PGL State Forests in forest divisions no. 230 and 254 Galwica - Nadleśnictwo Szczytno, commune Szczytno, Szczytno County and habitats 7230 Mountain and lowland alkaline peat bogs of a hammer character, sedges and meadows with a total area of all patches up to 5.78 ha, located on the grounds of the State Treasury - PGL State Forests in forest divisions No. 415 and 416 - Korpele Forest Inspectorate, Pasym Commune, Szczytno County, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract (called OPZ) which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the ToR.2Pursuant to Article 29(3a) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires that basic technical activities (such as removing trees and shrubs) specified by the Contracting Authority in the OPZ attached as Appendix 1 to the ToR shall be performed by employees employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract (sawmill operator, operator).
