Description

Due to the merger of various municipal real estate administrations under the roof of Sprinkenhof GmbH in the past as well as a large number of different users, the data necessary for a basic data evaluation are available in different forms and quality.A first analysis shows the following picture for a selection of the data required in the basic data evaluation:- type of building for 550 buildings,- year of construction for about 235 buildings,- usable floor space for about 510 buildings,- energy consumption for electricity for about 175 buildings (at least 2012 and 2016),- energy consumption for heat for about 125 buildings (at least 2012 and 2016).The availability of the following required data has not yet been clarified and should be checked:- meter structure and meter numbers,- data sources for consumption values,- maintenance contracts,- contact persons (within Sprinkenhof GmbH and on site),- known structural and supply weaknesses of the buildings,- summary of existing local key figures on building use (usage profile and times of use, e.g. number of pupils etc.),- the availability of the following data should also be checked (partly or completely). available):- available energy certificates,- type of heating,- temperature level,- used area / vacancy,- available planning documents and building descriptions (in paper or digital),- existing modernization concepts,- implemented optimization, maintenance and modernization measures,- assumption of energy costs,- existing local power generation (photovoltaic systems, CHP),- for an evaluation of the development of consumption these data are not only to be kept up to date, but changes are to be documented (for at least 5 years).the available data are to be merged in a database. The structure must be coordinated with the previous documentation of the building stock. The collection of the basic data must be carried out through various steps with varying effort:- Evaluation of existing databases,- Evaluation of individual documents,- Inspection of planning documents and construction files,- Inspection and evaluation of orders, delivery notes, invoices,- On-site checks (e.g. On presentation of the energy consumption values, these shall be analysed and evaluated by deriving energy key figures and comparing them with average federal data from BINE, AGES, SIA etc. If available, the annual consumption developments of the individual buildings shall be evaluated. Overall, one can expect:- average effort for 125 data sets (consumption values completely available),- high effort for 225 data sets,- very high effort for 200 data sets,- the concrete saving potentials of individual buildings determined in module 2 as well as the saving potentials determined on the basis of building typologies must then be presented. The development of an organisational concept and the controlling concept can be taken from the award documents in the "procedural letter" document under 2.1.
