The project concerns the drawing up of addenda to the unique justification note for bicycle crossings and the survey, design, study, coordination and monitoring of the execution of the works for the refurbishment of the bicycle crossings of the "Spoorssingel 18 - Noordelijk tracé" bicycle highway from Houthalen-Helchteren to Hamont-Achel. Sub-assignment 1 comprises the drawing up and approval of 3 addenda "intersection F74 with Guldensporenlaan in Houthalen-Helchteren", "intersection F74 with Bemvaartstraat in Pelt" and "intersection F74 with Achelsendijk in Pelt" to the unique justification note "Fietssnelweg Spoorlijn 18: Zonhoven - Hamont-Achel".- Sub-tasks 2 to 6 comprise the survey, study, coordination, preparation of the execution file, assistance with the tendering procedure, safety coordination, management and supervision of the execution of the works and the final delivery of the redesign of the bicycle crossings of Railway Line 18 - Northern section. These subcontracts involve the on-site realisation of 40 crossings located in the municipalities of The conditional sections concern sub-tasks 7 and 8: - Sub-task 7 includes the execution of EIA procedures as required by law, should these prove necessary in the course of providing the services of the standing sub-task; - Sub-task 8 includes the drawing up and implementation of the EIA procedure. Sub-task 8 comprises drawing up and having approved an addendum "Widening of the railway track 18 northern section from Zonhoven to Hamont-Achel" to the unique accountability document "Fietssnelweg Spoorlijn 18: Zonhoven - Hamont-Achel". Components of subcontracts 7 and 8 can be ordered by the contracting authority. One or more components of conditional subtasks 7 and 8 will always be ordered within the execution period of the standing subtasks.
