Description
The contract shall be subject to an open tender contest with award criteria based on quality and price. The report must be submitted by 25 August 2020 to the Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment.The contract applies to assistance for an elucidation. The assignment was awarded to the Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment 30 January 2020. A report must be presented to the Ministry of Transport by 1 September 2020. The Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment shall therefore prepare the elucidation as much as possible prior to the start of contract works. There will be a need for quality assurance of what has been done prior to the execution of the contract work. There will be a particular need for added expertise in cost calculations and social economic analyses.
