Description

The present contract is for the provision of project management services with a view to carrying out work on the buildings previously occupied by the Charles Jourdan company, at 1 boulevard Voltaire in Romans-Sur-Isère, as part of a global project for the conversion of the site, driven by the desire for innovation and environmental exemplarity. In parallel with the project management studies, the reflection around this global project will be fed by other expertises, already in progress, concerning this same site (a programming study for the construction, in place of the current Jourdan factory, of a sports complex intended in particular for schools, led by the Auvergne Rhône Alpes Region, and a Call for Innovative Urban Project). The project management missions will cover both the clean-up and demolition of the buildings and the study of scenarios for the redevelopment of the buildings and/or equipment
