Description

For the holder, this means being able to assist NM's services in:- the exercise of the role of organising authority, in particular the monitoring and ongoing follow-up of the performance of the contractual framework by the concessionaires and, in the case of electricity distribution, the renewal of this framework,- the technical and financial analysis of intervention proposals formulated by the delegates for works (mainly in the field of electricity and extension contributions),- the performance of studies or the provision of various complementary expertise in conjunction with the highly integrated framework of NM's skills and projects.Each candidate, single candidate or group, must have at least the following areas of expertise in electricity and natural gas distribution: - technical, - economic, - financial, - accounting, - legal, - IT (organisation, management, processing, automation of processing and data analysis).
