Description

The contract includes 2 types of services processed as follows:1) general and specific missions: these missions defined in the specifications of the specific technical clauses are processed at a fixed price;2) subsidiary mission(s): this (these) mission(s) is (are) the subject of purchase orders, as and when required, pursuant to Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The minimum and maximum order amounts for the initial duration of the contract are as follows:- minimum order amount: no minimum,- maximum order amount: 90,000.00 EUR (excluding VAT) The minimum and maximum order amounts for each contract renewal period are as follows:- minimum order amount: no minimum,- maximum order amount: 30,000.00 EUR (excluding VAT).
